CREATIVE DIRECTOR

We are looking for a creative leader with a love for animation, motion design, storytelling and branding.

Your Role:

  • Lead and inspire our talented team of artists and motion designers.
  • Develop creative concepts and identify opportunities to expand our business with a hands-on approach.
  • Work closely with clients and agencies ensuring quality and creative direction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Over 5 years of experience in the creative industries (advertising, media or gaming).
  • A strong hands-on understanding of animation, branding and storytelling + an eye for design.
  • A wide network in Finland (Nordics / International is a plus).
  • A strategic thinker who sees opportunities and makes things happen.
  • A team player with good communication skills and a passion for teamwork and development.

PRODUCER

We are looking for an ambitious producer who navigates naturally through the ins and outs of the world of animation, approaching deadlines, while leading a team of artists.

Your Role:

  • Work with new and existing clients to create wonderful animations.
  • Find and cultivate new business opportunities and client relationships.
  • Planning and budgeting projects.
  • Overseeing projects from pitching and planning to budgeting through to  execution and final delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Over 5 years of experience as a producer in the creative industries (advertising, media or gaming).
  • A strong hands-on understanding of animation, branding and storytelling.
  • A wide network in Finland (Nordics / International is a plus).
  • A strategic thinker who sees opportunities and makes things happen.
  • A team player with good communication skills and a passion for teamwork.
